QUINOA SALAD

1 cup quinoa
1 medium onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 pepper
1 cup broccoli
pepper
Himalayan salt
1 shredded carrot

Priprema

Cook quinoa for 17-20 minutes, in 2-3 times more water than the amount of quinoa. Finely slice all ingredients except the carrot, fry with grape seed oil, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on a platter - first spread out quinoa, then line with vegetables and finally top with shredded carrot.
