FIG, APRICOT AND APPLE DESSERT

100 grams of dried figs and apricots - organic
50 grams of organic dried apples
2 cinnamon sticks from organic or fair-trade
1 organic vanilla bean

Priprema

Cut the figs and apricots, stems removed, and dice the apple. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water, leaving overnight to soak. Remove vanilla and remove seeds, returning them to the saucepan. Bring to boil, simmering for 15-20mins or until most of the water dissolves. Remove cinnamon and serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
