EARTH DAY – 22 April 2015
Earth Day is celebrated throughout the world on 22 April. The tradition of observing this day dates back to 1970, and in 1990 it became an international day.
This day is celebrated in order to draw attention to nature’s peril and man’s negligent attitude, and the danger that threatens life on earth.
Each one of us bears responsibility. Every individual can make a change.
It is enough to decrease household energy consumption, properly separate and dispose of rubbish, not throw garbage into rivers… And many more things that we ourselves can do to make life healthier and better on this only place we have.
THIS IS WHY WE PRESERVE PLANET EARTH, SINCE IT IS THE ONLY HOME WE HAVE…
